Jan. 26th, 2017 01:32 amThe idea took root in the back of his mind not too long ago, and Bellamy turned it over for weeks, eventually making a decision. Seeing Lincoln and fighting by his side again is as close to the Ground has Bellamy has been since he and Clarke shared a nightmare a year ago. It's reminded him of all he had on the Ground, and all he's missing -- his friends, the family he created, the family he has.
He still misses Octavia like a limb, and it's not getting any better. Maybe this idea will help, maybe it won't, maybe it's stupid, but he's made the decision and Bellamy isn't turning back. He needs it, needs any way to feel as close to his sister as he can.
Lincoln is the only way it's happening, however, and asking for his help is the main reason Bellamy's invited him over to the apartment. With Clarke still at work it's just the two of them, and after Bellamy orders a pizza he grabs a beer for himself, calling out to Lincoln from the kitchen.
"You want a beer?"
Simple as the question itself is, asking for Lincoln's help in drawing the design for Octavia's Grounder tattoo feels like something he needs to work up to.
